Carrara Marbles is proud to consistently provide you with the highest quality natural stone products available at the most affordable prices possible. Because we own our own natural stone products factory overseas, we are able to avoid the extra costs incurred when a distributor or third-party wholesaler is involved. Thank you for shopping with us!


Carrara Marbles ships its products to any destination in the continental United States. Our website calculates your shipping costs during checkout, so there are no surprise shipping costs after you have placed your order.

Because marble tiles and mosaics are very heavy, we recommend ground shipping to reduce your shipping costs, but you also have the option to choose a quicker delivery method, such as UPS two-day or overnight.

When an order is shipped via ground delivery, we use one of two methods, either UPS ground, for smaller deliveries, or a freight service for larger orders.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. Once it has shipped, your order will be in transit for approximately 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the materials to us within 7 days of delivery or 15 days of invoice, whichever is later (the "Return Period"). Please contact us via email to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Carrara Marbles does not accept returns after the end of the Return Period and does not accept any claims once the products have been installed. As such, please inspect the contents of your order carefully upon receipt. All returned materials will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not refundable and all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please carefully package all materials in the original packaging for return. You will receive your refund, in the original method of payment, within a week of our receipt of the return and verification of the condition of the products.

Please note that any damage not reported within three (3) days of delivery of the order will not be refunded.

What quality of material do you carry?

We only carry premium grade materials. We are able to provide you with low prices because we own our own mosaic and tile factory overseas. There are no middle-men, suppliers or distributors involved in our transactions.

Do you ship samples?

If you would like to view a sample before placing your full order, you can order a single tile or mosaic on our site. Unless you request a different delivery method during checkout, we will ship your sample order via UPS Ground.

Do I need to confirm whether a product is in stock before placing my order?

No, you do not. Because we are a manufacturer and wholesaler, we stock most items in very large quantities. We can easily accommodate most large projects without any difficulty.
